High Nelly bikes Ltd are the sole owners of any props hired from the said company. The props on hire from High Nelly bikes Ltd are "in the main" period bicycles & or period accessories. It is imperative that any client understands that these props are not retro items or imitations, thus are in existence from the turn of the century to the 1980's in most cases & should be treat as such. Whilst every effort has been made to enable the items, especially bicycles to be used/ridden, it must be understood that the aged technology will not function or operate as a modern item/bicycle. All items are serviced & checked leaving the depot to establish good working order, if an item/bicycle should be found to be defective please do not use & inform High Nelly Ltd as soon as possible & the problem will be rectified or replaced. We take enormous pride in what we do & would appreciate any feedback during or after your hire to enable us to keep developing & serving the industry to as high a standard as possible. Please enjoy what we have supplied & if there is anything we can do to help further please don't hesitate to ask.
